Pu-erh Tea: The Super "Cleaner" in Food

Tea News · Oct 11, 2025

Blood Sugar Stabilizer: Pu-erh Tea

Pu-erh tea has a mild nature, causes relatively little irritation to the spleen and stomach, and contains multiple health-beneficial components such as tea polyphenols. Studies have found that Pu-erh tea significantly inhibits diabetes-related biological enzymes, helping to stabilize blood sugar.

Recommended consumption method:

It is advised to drink Pu-erh tea between meals. Use 100°C boiling water for brewing. It's best to rinse the tea once before drinking, as most Pu-erh teas are consumed after being stored for a year or even several years, during which dust can accumulate. "Rinsing the tea" serves to "cleanse dust and moisten the tea."

Blood Lipid Regulator: Oats

Oats are rich in β-glucan and dietary fiber, which can inhibit the body's absorption of cholesterol and are very effective in regulating blood lipids. Moreover, oats provide a strong sense of fullness, keeping one satisfied for a long time.

Recommended consumption method:

It is recommended to choose the most "pure" oats—large, whole, not finely crushed, and without any added sugar, creamer, or other ingredients. They can be used to make porridge, and adding some nuts makes it both nutritious and delicious.
