Spring Health-Boosting and Disease-Preventing Tea: Turmeric, Licorice, and Green Tea
Recipe:
Vinegar-prepared turmeric 10g, licorice 5g, green tea 3g.
Brewing Method:
Wash the turmeric and licorice, place them in a clay pot with 8000ml of water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add the green tea and continue brewing for 5 minutes before serving. Consume one dose daily at any time.
