Drinking tea can supplement essential trace elements and prevent certain diseases. It can reduce serum cholesterol and increase high-density lipoprotein, preventing cardiovascular diseases while offering anti-aging and immunity-boosting effects. Tea consumption can stimulate the mind, with cardiotonic, diuretic, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory functions. Long-term tea drinking eliminates fatigue and enhances memory.
In the Ausai Camp Health Laboratory, two groups of mice were tested: one fed normal food, another fed cholesterol-rich food, both supplemented with Yunnan Tuo Tea. After nine weeks, blood tests showed 10% fat reduction in the first group and 30% in the second. Yunnan Tuo Tea contains unspecified substances that dissolve in water to promote metabolism and balance cholesterol.
Professor Lü Tong, Director of the Nutrition Physiology Laboratory at Paris University, confirmed over 40% of long-term Pu-erh Tea drinkers experienced weight loss, with significant fat metabolism improvement and up to 30% cholesterol reduction.
