Gong Mei, sometimes called Shou Mei, is a type of white tea made from the bud leaves of the Cai Cha sexual group tea trees.

The main production area of Gong Mei is in Jianyang County, Fujian Province. It is also produced in counties such as Jian'ou and Pucheng, accounting for over half of the total white tea production.

High-quality Gong Mei features abundant and visible pekoe, emerald green color, orange-yellow or deep yellow tea soup, and evenly arranged, soft, and bright leaves with red main veins when viewed against light. It has a mellow and refreshing taste with a pure and fresh aroma.

Gong Mei is primarily exported to Hong Kong and Macau regions.
