Chinese customs have two sayings about "longevity":
One: Confucius said: At thirty, I stood firm; at forty, I had no doubts; at fifty, I knew the decrees of Heaven; at sixty, my ear was obedient; at seventy, I could follow my heart's desire without overstepping the boundaries.
Two: Seventy-seven is "Xi Shou" (Joyful Longevity), eighty-eight is "Mi Shou" (Rice Longevity), ninety-nine is "Bai Shou" (White Longevity)!
What is Tea Longevity? Upon closer examination of the character "茶" (tea), it is composed of two "十" (representing 20) and two "八" (representing 88). Adding them together gives 108, hence the age of 108 is called Tea Longevity!
The term "Tea Longevity" originates from this. Literally, tea implies longevity, and scientifically, tea has healthcare benefits for the human body.
Modern science proves that tea is rich in nutrients. Drinking tea can meet the body's needs for various vitamins and trace elements. Tea can treat illnesses because it contains substances closely related to human health, such as caffeine, catechins, vitamins, mineral trace elements, and amino acids. Japanese scientists have discovered that tea's anti-aging effect is about 20 times that of vitamin E.
Immortality is false! But extending life and promoting longevity can be achieved.
