Tea vacuum packaging machine consists of sealing system, vacuum pumping system, electrical control system, nitrogen supply system and other parts. It can extract air from the tea bag made of heat shrink packaging material, so that the oxygen content in the bag is lower than 1/1000, and can automatically fill with nitrogen. If there is no nitrogen filling procedure, it is a vacuum packaging machine. Electric heating is used to seal the packaging material.

1. The main component of the vacuum system of the packaging machine is the rotary vane vacuum pump. The mechanical actions of the packaging machine are controlled by the electrical control system. The vacuum pump completes the air extraction from the tea bag, the nitrogen supply system completes the nitrogen filling procedure, and the sealing system completes the sealing operation. The sealing area has needle-type or duckbill-type channels for air extraction and nitrogen filling, followed by heat sealing; some designs have dedicated air extraction holes, which are sealed with adhesive tape after the operation is completed.
