Representative tea: Dongting Biluochun, Mengding Ganlu, Nanjing Yuhua Tea, Duyun Maojian, Bailin Gongfu, etc.
Fresh and Rich Type:
Includes the fresh and full-bodied type. The taste is fresh yet rich, with a refreshing aftertaste reminiscent of eating fresh fruit. Made from high-tenderness leaves, thick leaves and robust buds, processed promptly and properly.

Fresh and Mellow Type:
Includes the fresh and brisk type. The taste is fresh and mellow, with a sweet, refreshing, and brisk aftertaste. Made from relatively tender and fresh leaves processed promptly with lighter rolling, such as high-grade baked green teas, as well as teas with normal rolling.

Fresh and Light Type:

Strong and Intense Type:
Has a clear fragrance or ripe chestnut aroma. The taste is strong but not bitter, highly astringent but not harsh, with a long, refreshing, and sweet aftertaste. Typically made from plump buds and thick leaves, with good tenderness (like one bud with two or three leaves), rich in content, and processed reasonably.
