Tea News · Feb 18, 2026

Tea contains many substances beneficial to the human body, playing a significant role in health care and health preservation.

1. Vitamin C. The Vitamin C content in tea surpasses that of countless vegetables and fruits, even bell peppers and strawberries. Drinking just 25 grams of tea daily can meet the body's Vitamin C requirement.

2. Tea Polyphenols. It is well-known that Vitamin E is a classic anti-aging component, but research shows that the anti-aging effect of tea polyphenols in tea is 18.5 times stronger than that of Vitamin E.

3. Vitamin B. The Vitamin B in tea is fully soluble in the tea infusion, allowing complete absorption through drinking.

4. Low Calorie. The caffeine in tea stimulates gastric juice secretion and intestinal peristalsis, promoting appetite and aiding digestion, particularly of proteins and fats.

5. Inorganic Salts and Minerals. Tea contains most of the inorganic salts and minerals needed by the human body. Generally, drinking 5–6 cups of tea daily can fulfill half of the body's essential mineral requirements.
