Brewing a cup of tea can both relax the mood and cultivate one's character. For the "sedentary group" and "computer users" who often suffer from minor annoyances like eye pain and mood swings, adding specific ingredients to tea can help alleviate these physical discomforts, making it a good way to practice health preservation.

However, regarding drinking tea for health, it's best not to drink these 5 types of tea:

Over-brewed tea: If tea is steeped for too long, many substances harmful to the human body can be extracted.

Cold tea: Tea is best consumed hot; cold tea can cause stagnation of cold and accumulation of phlegm.

Contaminated tea: Some odors indicate toxicity, such as paint or camphor smell.

Strong tea: Strong tea contains large amounts of caffeine, theophylline, etc., which are highly irritating. Drinking strong tea can lead to insomnia, headache, tinnitus, blurred vision, and is also bad for the stomach; some people may feel nauseous after drinking it.

Overnight tea: Especially tea that has changed flavor, even if the change is not yet noticeable, it mostly breeds and multiplies a large number of bacteria. Because tea leaves contain a large amount of protein, most of which does not dissolve in hot water and remains in the leaves. When the water temperature is high, the protein on the tea leaves can rot. After sitting overnight, an enzyme mold forms. At the same time, the large amount of tannic acid残留 in the tea turns into a highly irritating oxide, which irritates the stomach and causes inflammation. Therefore, overnight tea should not be consumed.
