Pu-erh tea paste is the essence extracted from Pu-erh tea, representing a high-grade tea product that is convenient to brew and widely enjoyed. It requires careful storage and attention when drinking.
1. Store in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight;
2. The storage area should maintain a certain humidity, with 55–65% being ideal;
3. Whole pieces of tea paste are best stored lying flat, as standing upright for long periods may cause deformation.
Requirements for drinking Pu-erh tea paste:
1. One gram of Pu-erh tea paste can be dissolved in 500–800 ml of water, with the exact amount adjusted according to personal taste preferences;
2. Use mountain spring water or weakly alkaline water for brewing, as water with unsuitable pH levels may cause blocky precipitation during brewing;
3. Brew with boiling water at 95°C or above. There is no need to 'rinse' the tea.
