I. Prerequisites
1. Tea amount: When brewing Pu'er tea, the ratio of tea to water is 1:50, or the tea amount is about 20% of the container's capacity. It is best to loosen compressed tea and expose it to air for two weeks before brewing for a better flavor.
2. Water selection: Mineral water, purified water, or spring water is best. When boiling water, do not over-boil it, as too little oxygen in the water will affect the activity of Pu'er tea.
3. Brewing water temperature: Boil water to 100°C and then wait a moment, but do not let it drop below 90°C.

II. Choosing Tea Utensils
1. Bowl or cup: A porcelain gaiwan can be used for drinking Pu'er tea. Porcelain gaiwans are convenient to use, have a modern and elegant design, and help in observing the color of Pu'er tea soup. Note that the temperature is high, so be careful not to burn your hands.
2. Teapot: A pot with a large belly is recommended. Pu'er tea has a high concentration, so a large-bellied pot can prevent the tea soup from being too strong. It is suggested to use a clay pot, porcelain pot, or purple clay pot. It is not advisable to brew raw Pu'er tea in a thermos cup, as it will overcook the tea leaves and affect the unique flavor of Pu'er tea.

III. Specific Steps
1. Warm the utensils and rinse them. First, scald the tea utensils with boiling water to warm the pot and cups, and also to rinse the utensils. Then, place the Pu'er tea inside.
2. Moisten the tea. Pour in about 1/4 of the tea utensil's capacity of boiling water, then quickly pour it out to clean impurities from the tea leaves and awaken the Pu'er tea.
