Brewing Method
Formula: 5–15 grams of Eucommia tea
Usage: Brew with water at around 85°C, using 500 ml of water as a reference. Cover and steep for 5 minutes for best results.
Recommended Intake: 15–25 grams/day for health maintenance, 30 grams/day for therapeutic purposes
Note: Do not steep the same leaves more than 3 times.
