The generation of lipid peroxides in the body can cause blood vessel walls to lose elasticity, leading to strokes. Regularly drinking tea can prevent strokes because tea contains tannic acid, which inhibits the production of lipid peroxides. Additionally, tea contains flavonoid compounds that have anti-inflammatory effects, prevent infections, and reduce the risk of blood clots. Drinking tea can also lower the incidence of myocardial infarction.


8. Relieving Lower Back Strain

Drinking tea can alleviate lower back strain, especially in middle-aged and elderly people who often suffer from chronic lower back pain. Vinegar tea can help relieve symptoms. Steep 3 grams of black tea in 200 ml of boiling water, cover and let it sit for 15 minutes, then add 5–10 ml of vinegar. Drink it while hot, twice a day for seven days.
