Anxi boasts a uniquely favorable natural environment, tea tree resources are extremely abundant, with over 50 collected tea varieties, earning it the reputation as a 'treasure trove of fine tea tree cultivars.' The six most representative famous teas of Anxi are introduced as follows:

Tieguanyin: Originally produced in Xiping Town, Anxi, it is the finest among Oolong teas. Its leaves are tightly rolled and heavy, the tea liquor is golden and bright, the aroma is rich and long-lasting, and the taste is mellow, sweet, and fresh. It has been rated as a national famous tea and a world-famous tea.

Huangjingui (Huangdan): Originally produced in Meizhuang Village, Hutou Town, Anxi, it is another premium Oolong tea with a style distinct from Tieguanyin, possessing the unique quality of 'early sprouting and high fragrance.' It was rated as a national famous tea in 1985.

Benshan: Originally produced in Xiping Town, Anxi, it is a close relative of Tieguanyin, but its growth vigor and adaptability are stronger than Tieguanyin. High-quality finished tea closely resembles Tieguanyin.

Maoxie: Originally produced in Daping Township, Anxi, it has wide adaptability, strong stress resistance, is easy to cultivate, and has high yield. The appearance features tightly rolled leaves with many white tips on young leaves. The intrinsic quality has a clear and high aroma, deeply favored by consumers.

Meizhan: Originally produced in Lutian Town, Anxi, it has wide adaptability and high yield, and can be suitable for making various types of tea in different regions. When processed into red and green tea, it has a high aroma and mellow taste; when processed into Oolong tea, it has a unique fragrance and excellent quality.

Daye Oolong: Originally produced in Changkeng Shanping, Anxi, it has wide adaptability, strong stress resistance, well-developed root systems, drought and cold tolerance, strong pest and disease resistance, high yield, and good quality, deeply loved by consumers.
