Green Tea Representative:
West Lake Longjing Tea, named after its production area in the Longjing tea region of Hangzhou's West Lake, China. One of China's Top Ten Famous Teas, it has a history of over a thousand years. It was listed as a top-grade tea in the Ming Dynasty and as a tribute tea during the Shunzhi era of the Qing Dynasty. When Emperor Qianlong of Qing toured West Lake in Hangzhou, he highly praised Longjing tea and designated the eighteen tea plants in front of the Hugong Temple at the foot of Shifeng Mountain as "Imperial Tea." West Lake Longjing is graded from 1 to 8 based on appearance and quality. Tea from Shifeng is considered the best, renowned for its yellowish tenderness and persistent high fragrance, hailed as the "Pinnacle of Longjing"; tea from Longjing Village is plump and tender with visible buds, offering a stronger tea taste; tea from Meijiawu is meticulously processed, emerald green in color, shaped like golden nails, flat and smooth, with a clear, green broth and a refreshingly brisk taste.

Yellow Tea Representative:
Junshan Yinzhen is a traditional Han Chinese famous tea and one of China's Top Ten Famous Teas. Produced on Junshan Island in Dongting Lake, Yueyang, Hunan, it is named for its slender, needle-like shape. It belongs to the Yellow Tea category. The finished tea consists of sturdy, uniform buds, golden yellow on the inside, completely covered with visible white pekoe on the outside, firmly wrapped. The bud's shape resembles silver needles, elegantly called "gold inlaid with jade." "The heart dust removed by the gold-inlaid-jade color, the good moon rises over the distant Dongting Lake." Junshan tea has a long history, being produced and famous since the Tang Dynasty. It is said that Princess Wencheng brought Junshan Yinzhen tea with her when she married into Tibet.

White Tea Representative:
Baihao Yinzhen, abbreviated as Yinzhen or called Baihao, belongs to the White Tea category. It is traditionally known as the "Beauty" or "King" of teas. As the raw material consists entirely of tea buds, the finished Baihao Yinzhen tea is shaped like needles, densely covered with white pekoe, and silver-white in color, hence the name. The needle-shaped finished tea is about three centimeters long, entirely covered with white pekoe, wrapped in silver, shining brilliantly, a delight to the eyes. After brewing, the aroma is fresh and clear, the taste mellow, and the spectacle in the cup is intriguing. When brewed in the cup, it appears like "white clouds and flickering light, the cup full of floating flower buds," with each bud standing upright, a remarkable sight. Yinzhen is cool in nature and has the effect of reducing fever, relieving heat, and detoxifying. In North China, it is considered a good remedy for treating and caring for measles patients.

Oolong Tea (Green Tea) Representative:
Tieguanyin is a type of Oolong Tea, originally produced in Anxi County, Fujian. Tieguanyin is a semi-fermented tea,介于绿茶和红茶之间 (between green tea and black tea), and is considered one of China's Top Ten Famous Teas. Tieguanyin was originally the name of a tea plant variety. Because it is suitable for making oolong tea, its oolong tea product was also named Tieguanyin. So-called Tieguanyin tea refers to oolong tea made from the Tieguanyin variety tea plant. There is also a saying that the name "Tieguanyin" was bestowed by Emperor Qianlong. In Taiwan, Tieguanyin tea refers to an oolong tea made using a specific Tieguanyin production method. Therefore, the raw material for Taiwanese Tieguanyin tea can be buds and leaves from the Tieguanyin variety tea plant, or it may not be.

Black Tea Representative:
Qimen Hongcha (Keemun Black Tea), a historically famous Chinese tea. A renowned premium black tea, abbreviated as Qihong, produced in Qimen, Dongzhi, Guichi, Shitai, Yi County in Anhui Province, and Fuliang in Jiangxi. Qianliang Tea is praised by authoritative Taiwanese tea books as "a classic of tea culture, a浓缩 of tea history, the ultimate among teas." Qianliang Tea is imposing and rustic, honored as the King of Teas worldwide. In Korea, it is also known as a treasure for shops. After successful pressing, it is placed in the Qianliang drying yard for forty-nine days and nights, exposed to the sun and dew, absorbing the essence of heaven and earth, drawing the spirit of the sun and moon. Its aroma, taste, and liquor color are wonderfully indescribable!
