 1. Children are suitable for drinking light tea.

Green tea is cool in nature and contains the richest nutrients among all types of tea. In the hot summer, brewing a cup of green tea can instantly relieve the heat. If the tea is brewed lightly, it becomes an excellent beverage for children. Additionally, children should be encouraged to rinse their mouths with tea after meals. Japan strongly advocates for elementary school students to drink tea, as extensive survey results show that children who drink tea have a much lower probability of tooth decay compared to those who do not.

2. Women are suitable for drinking flower tea.

Flower tea is most suitable for female friends because it has the effects of soothing the liver, relieving depression, regulating qi, and menstruation.

For example, jasmine tea helps pregnant women during childbirth, while daidai flower tea, known as the "flower tea lady," regulates menstruation and qi. Magnolia flower tea has effects such as detoxifying, beautifying the skin, relieving summer heat, relieving coughs, lowering blood pressure, and aiding weight loss.

However, chrysanthemum tea is cool in nature, so people with cold stomachs, women during menstruation, pregnant women, those with weak constitutions and diarrhea, and young children should drink less. Additionally, rose tea has antidepressant effects, but people with cold stomachs or diarrhea should not drink it. Those who often feel tired or have qi deficiency should also avoid excessive consumption.

3. Middle-aged and elderly people should drink green tea.

The World Health Organization surveyed the advantages and disadvantages of beverages in many countries and concluded that green tea is the best beverage for middle-aged and elderly people. Green tea has a sweet and bitter taste, is slightly cold but non-toxic, and enters the heart, lung, and stomach meridians. It helps relieve fatigue, promote saliva production, quench thirst, diuresis, relieve diarrhea, relieve coughs and asthma, clear heat and detoxify, aid digestion, and support weight loss.

Green tea can clear free radicals, inhibit lipid peroxidation, maintain normal cell metabolism, inhibit cell mutation and cancer cell differentiation, prevent radiation damage, improve hematopoietic function, and protect blood vessels. It also has multiple healthcare and pharmacological effects, such as enhancing microvascular toughness, preventing blood vessel rupture, lowering blood lipids, and preventing atherosclerosis.
