Mellow Fully Fermented Tea
Black tea contains caffeine, vitamins, amino acids, phospholipids, and other substances that aid in human digestion. The stimulating effect of caffeine can increase the secretion of gastric juice, thereby boosting appetite and aiding digestion. As early as the "Compendium of Materia Medica," there is a record stating, "Pu'er tea has a bitter taste, it relieves greasiness, detoxifies beef and mutton... and cleanses the intestines."
One representative of black tea, Pu'er tea, has the effect of relieving greasiness and aiding weight loss. Pu'er tea is made from sun-dried green tea leaves of the Yunnan large-leaf variety from specific regions in Yunnan Province. It is processed by Han Chinese tea farmers using specific techniques and post-fermentation to form loose tea and compressed tea. The weight loss and lipid-lowering effects of Pu'er tea mainly come from two factors: first, the combined action of various effective components such as tea polyphenols, chlorophyll, and vitamin C; second, the comprehensive effect of various beneficial microbial communities formed during the fermentation process. Overall, fermented Pu'er tea has better weight loss and lipid-lowering effects than raw tea that has not yet begun to transform. The weight loss effect of raw tea comes from the first factor. As natural fermentation and transformation occur during storage, its weight loss effect gradually begins to be formed by both factors together. Artificially fermented ripe Pu'er tea achieves weight loss and lipid-lowering through the combined action of both factors mentioned above.

Sweet and Fragrant Semi-Fermented Tea
The semi-fermentation process is widely used in tea making. The biggest characteristic of this process is that it can reduce the irritancy of tea leaves, increase their sweetness and fragrance. Green tea (referring to Oolong here, as '青茶' is Oolong) is one representative of semi-fermented tea.
Green tea (Oolong tea), commonly known as Oolong tea, combines the production methods of green tea and black tea. Its quality lies between the two, possessing both the richness of black tea and the freshness of green tea. After tasting, it leaves a lingering fragrance in the mouth with a sweet and fresh aftertaste. Modern scientific research has confirmed that Oolong tea not only has health functions such as refreshing the mind, relieving fatigue, aiding digestion, removing greasiness, and promoting weight loss and fitness, but also has special effects in preventing cancer, lowering blood lipids, and anti-aging. It is elegantly called "Beauty Tea" or "Fitness Tea."

Fresh and Fragrant Lightly Fermented Tea
White tea refers to a type of tea that, after picking, does not undergo killing-green or rolling but is only processed by sun-drying or gentle heat drying. White tea is characterized by a clear, yellow-green liquor color and a light, sweet, and refreshing taste. It belongs to the lightly fermented tea category and is a special treasure among Chinese tea types. It is reported that white tea gets its name because its finished tea is mostly buds covered with white hairs, resembling silver or snow. Its main production areas are in Fuding, Fujian; Jinggu, Yunnan; Jing'an, Jiangxi, and other places.
White tea has excellent medicinal efficacy. It has effects such as sobering up from alcohol, clearing heat and moistening the lungs, lowering blood pressure, and reducing fat. This is especially true for discomfort and digestive dysfunction caused by excessive greasiness and excessive liver fire. At the same time, white tea also contains anti-radiation substances that significantly protect the human body's hematopoietic function and reduce the harm of TV radiation.
