After reading this, even non-tea drinkers silently pick up a cup of tea!

Most office workers prefer coffee over tea for staying awake during late-night overtime; cozy afternoons with friends often involve coffee as well. Many self-proclaimed "trendsetters" even label tea-drinking as "old-fashioned." Despite tea's seemingly unpopular image, you must know: what you need is tea.

Coffee's alertness-boosting effect is undeniable, but tea is equally effective. Without sugar or milk, coffee tastes bitter, while tea requires nothing but hot water to release its fragrant aroma. Good tea leaves no bitterness but leaves a lingering floral aftertaste.

Coffee contains high levels of caffeine, leading to dependency and discomfort without it. Excessive coffee consumption (more than two cups daily) harms health, particularly the stomach. Tea, however, poses no such risks and offers health benefits. Scientists have found that tea's beneficial compounds protect the heart and reduce heart disease mortality.

Tea comes in many varieties, each with unique benefits: floral tea enhances beauty; black tea warms the body; green tea protects the eyes—ideal for screen-heavy office workers; white tea aids weight loss; and rock tea boasts countless benefits—try it to believe it!

Simply put, tea offers all the benefits of coffee, but coffee lacks tea's advantages.
