Green Tea Cools and Detoxifies:

Compared to other teas, many components in green tea are well preserved, and regular drinking has the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying. People with deficiency heat, internal inflammation, inflammatory diseases, or digestive tract issues (such as enteritis, dysentery, etc.) are more suitable for drinking green tea. The brewing water temperature for green tea should not be too high, 80°C–90°C is ideal, and this also applies to white tea and yellow tea.

Black Tea Warms and Nourishes the Stomach:

Black tea is a fully fermented tea. Unlike green tea, black tea has a warming nature. People with cold body types (deficiency cold, internal cold) or stomach issues (such as ulcers, chronic gastritis) are more suitable for drinking black tea. Black tea, dark tea, and oolong tea all need to be brewed with boiling water.

Oolong Tea Helps with Weight Loss:

Oolong tea (a type of green tea) is semi-fermented and is known as the "slimming tea" or "beauty tea." Clinical trials in Japan have shown that oolong tea can significantly lower cholesterol and aid weight loss.

Pu'er Dark Tea Cuts Grease:

Dark tea is a post-fermented tea. Pu'er tea is excellent for cutting grease and aiding digestion. The French especially love it and call it "oil-scraping tea." A French experiment showed that after drinking 3 cups of Pu'er tea daily for one month, many participants lost weight and lowered their blood lipids.

White Tea Prevents Tooth Decay:

White tea is a lightly fermented tea, common varieties include "Silver Needle," "Shou Mei," and "White Peony." U.S. research shows that white tea can increase the body's lysozyme, which breaks down bacterial cell walls and kills bacteria. White tea is also effective in preventing pneumonia and tooth decay.

Yellow Tea Is Balanced for Everyone:

Yellow tea is a lightly fermented tea, with a processing degree between green tea and black tea. It has yellow leaves and a yellow infusion after brewing. Common varieties include "Junshan Silver Needle," "Mengding Yellow Bud," and "Huoshan Yellow Tea." Compared to the cooling nature of green tea and the warming nature of black tea, yellow tea is neutral and suitable for almost everyone.

Finally, the common flower tea is a reprocessed tea, and its nature depends on its base tea; it does not belong to the six-color tea category.
